my frnd,CERT is a govt website made for response on attack.may i know what did you find in this website to say it a virus container.
however I found those links are not working properly,so I have moved all the file on my personal cloud and changed all the links.now its working better Very Happy  cheers 
stiil you find any bug on links,please reply me.
